Services included in a Wellness Experience are tailored to each client’s needs. The combination of these therapies can create profound results.

Treatment Time

90-120 Minutes

  • Shockwave Therapy: (EPAT) Extracorporeal shock wave therapy, or ESDT, has emerged as a possible treatment option for patients with chronic tendon problems and/or scar tissue accumulation. ESWT delivers focused shock waves to the body and has been used for treatment of a variety of conditions, including plantar fasciitis and calcific tendonitis.
  • PEMF Guided: Pulsed Electromagnetic field that is guided through the practitioner to a specific area of the client. It can be used both for therapy and as a diagnostic tool. The device measures muscle reactivity to assess tissue health; healthy muscles will react by twitching, while damaged or injured tissue will be less or non-responsive.
  • ARP-Wave: This treatment was designed to go after the cause of the injury by stimulating the peripheral and central nervous systems. This stimulation allows the body to heal and identify the injured tissues. Along with healing injuries, this devise can be used as strength training as well.
  • One touch laser therapy: Combines two proven modalities-low-level laser therapy and micro-current electrical stimulation, to stimulate cells and enable healing.
  • Acupoint Dolphin Neurostim: This treatment works by sending an electrical impulse to locate, then stimulate both the nerve and acupuncture points connected to a disorder. When properly stimulated, these points relax muscles, improve circulation, and trigger the release of beta-endorphins – the body’s own painkillers. By activating the body’s natural healing and pain-relieving response, this therapy is an alternative to pharmaceuticals.
  • Cupping therapy: This is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are put on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People receive it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
  • Graston technique: Helps break up scar tissue or muscle “knots,” which increases range of motion of joints, helps facilitate and quicken the healing process, increases the strength of muscle fibers, and reduces pain.
  • Therapeutic Massage: Massage with PEMF (Guided PEMF), Deep Tissue
  • Guided Breathing: Guided DMT breathwork is a breathing technique designed to activate the body's natural production of dimethyltryptamine (DMT), often linked to altered states of consciousness. Through controlled breathing patterns and breath holds, participants can experience deep relaxation, vivid visualizations, or spiritual insights, all without the use of external substances. It’s a holistic practice aimed at self-exploration and emotional healing.
  • White light therapy: The RX1 enhances meditation, mindfulness, and personal growth by unlocking the mind's potential. It supports emotional processing, stress relief, and creativity with AVE techniques, offering a holistic approach to mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
  • Binaural Sounds: Binaural sounds are tones that create a third perceived sound by playing two slightly different frequencies in each ear, often used to promote relaxation, focus, or sleep.

  • Compression Therapy: Intermittent pneumatic compression is a therapeutic technique used in medical devices that include an air pump and inflatable auxiliary sleeves, gloves or boots in a system designed to improve venous circulation in the limbs of patients who suffer edema or the risk of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism.

  • Photon Genie: A device providing unparalleled energy harmonics direct to all cells, tissues, and organ systems of the body. Provides detoxification, rejuvenation, regeneration and longevity.

  • Tuning ForksTuning forks are metal instruments that produce a specific frequency when struck. In sound therapy, they're used to balance energy, promote relaxation, and support healing by tuning the body's natural frequencies.

  • Vibration TherapyVibration therapy involves using mechanical vibrations to stimulate muscles, bones, and tissues. It’s often used to improve muscle strength, increase blood circulation, reduce pain, and enhance recovery. The vibrations can be applied through a machine or device, helping to promote healing, flexibility, and overall well-being.
